About the Contest
Make a Difference
1 in 2 sexually active youth will get an STD by age 25. Do you want to be part of the solution?
Unleash your creativity by recording a video or performance that encourages safer sexual behavior, healthy relationships, or addresses the stigma around STDs. Winning videos will be highlighted in recognition of STD Awareness Month in April.

Capture 30 to 90 seconds video of a vlog, acted scene, performance art, song etc.

Upload your video on YouTube and share it on social media tagging #GoViralSCC.

Advisor completes a two step application with YouTube video link. Submissions accepted through March 12, 2023.

How to Apply

Each student team member, and ALL participants (minors and adults) recorded in the video must submit a signed consent form to the team advisor.

Each Student and Advisor must read the official rules, terms, and conditions for complete contest details.

Advisor submits one online entry form per team and one signed parent/guardian consent form per student by March 12, 2023.

All student participants and advisors must read and comply with the official rules, terms, and conditions of the 2020 Viral Video Contest. A complete application, including the submission of a student’s parent or guardian signed permission slip for each entry is due on or before March 12, 2023. Entries not compliant will not be considered for prizes.
