Public Health Laboratory

The Public Health Laboratory is our community’s first line of defense against public health threats like infectious diseases, toxins, and biohazards. Local health professionals, clinics, hospitals, and even law enforcement rely on the Public Health Laboratory to test and identify substances that could pose a serious risk to public health.
 
At our state-of-the-art facility, we offer the public the following walk-in testing services:

  • Testing tic​ks for Lyme Disease​
  • Testing water samples for fecal contamination
     

Hours of operation

Monday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Closed: Saturday, Sunday and holidays
