Sunday Daily Case Rates Approach Peak Numbers from July; Indicate Greater Community Spread, Put the Community at Risk

Santa Clara County, CA – A sharp uptick in reported COVID-19 cases on Sunday and in recent days indicates community spread of the virus has increased, and County of Santa Clara officials are urging the public to adhere to social distancing, use of face coverings, and other safety measures to help keep the community healthy and the County in its current “moderate” risk-level categorization.
