Do you need a doctor who is knowledgeable about HIV or need help accessing HIV medications? Interested in mental health counseling, receiving home-visits, or other services? Are you over age 50? The Getting to Zero (GTZ) HIV and Aging program may be able to help connect you to services you need.

The GTZ HIV and Aging Program addresses care gaps for people living with HIV who are over the age of 50 in Santa Clara County by connecting and linking individuals to the clinical and non-clinical services listed below.
